Dr. Diamond and his assistant were so kind and cheerful. Getting a root canal has a high dread factor but the entire staff did everything they could to make sure the experience was as painless and low stress as possible. Dr. Diamond was constantly making sure that I was not experiencing any discomfort and his demeanor was both attentive and comforting. Dr. Geraerts and Alaura were both very friendly and professional during my visit and treatment. They explained what they were going to do and then did it. Not a lot of extra chit chat during the procedure. After the procedure, the numbness left, and after a few ibuprofen, my mouth didn't hurt. Today I don't notice any pain or soreness. It was a fine experience considering the bad reputation of root canals.

Had a root canal many years ago and it was 1 of the worst experiences of my life. The procedure I had today was 100% better! 1st one took 2 hours, today half that time. No discomfort even several hours later. Highly recommend!

I have been pain free from the time he numbed me for the procedure. Also, he does such a great job numbing with the topical gel first, I never felt the injection from the needle. He's AWESOME!
