Would definitely see him again and refer close family and friends to him. ____I was referred to Dr. Geraets by my (Greeley) general dentist due to complications. ____Root canal procedure was performed with absolutely NO DISCOMFORT (or stress) during (or after) the procedure. ____Following procedure, I was given written instruction which included emergency, after hour contact information. (Didn't need it, but nice to have). ____Dr. Geraets answered my questions and took the time to show me the film which identified my problematic tooth. ____His office is clean and modern, with the latest dental equipment. ____Could NOT have been a better experience. Very friendly, helpful and professional through out the entire process. Dr. Dimond preformed an examination of my tooth, reviewed the results with me and after I made the decision to proceed he had the work done very quickly and with no pain or discomfort at all. I came here not just because I’ve seen Dr. Levalley before, but because the other office, other Doctors staff were not very nice, the office decor was cold and I was just not okay with the entire initial experience. NCE is so much nicer in very way. Thank you for being so aware of what helps your patients feel comfortable. It’s almost like having the procedure done at home.

Fantastic experience. I was on a referral from out of state due to the non-availability of my primary dentist. My pain was significant. The staff worked hard to get me in at any of their locations. Arrived and went through the sign-in procedure with ease. Front desk staff were courteous. Professional staff got me quickly to and through treatment. Explained everything as they went, and were very sensitive to my condition. Great experience. Thankful.

Getting a root canal with Dr. Dimond was a very pleasurable experience. I know most people do not like to get a root canal, and I was one of them. Dr. Dimond and his staff went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible.
