The treatment in this office is exceptional. The front office staff was efficient and personable while scheduling the appointments and collecting payment. The ease of registration was nice due to it being electronic and completed ahead of time. I really appreciated the consultation appointment and the subsequent appointment was able to be held within 3 days. Dr. LaValley is very personable yet professional. He took the time to explain the procedure, listen to my concerns and questions, and put me at ease before he started and throughout the procedure. I feel extremely fortunate to have found your office including Doctor Geraets and his right-hand gal, Stormy. I don't know how they were able to carry out just the right level of caring and getting the job done. Absolutely exceptional. I could not have had a better experience from start to finish during a tough time. I also have to say I was amazed every time I called the office with a question and the front-end people would actually listen, formulate a reasonable approach to my issue and answer. You just don't find this level of competence in many places any longer. Thank you!

After coming to you several years ago, my current dentist referred me to a endodontist in Cheyenne. While he was okay, he did not handle this current situation very well at all. I was in extreme pain and he offered no help even after calling his emergency number. Your office got me in the same day I called and had insurance lined up and all went smooth. I will never go to any other endodontist again!
